How do digital subscriptions work?

Each magazine has its own app. After you subscribe to a digital magazine, you will receive an email from the publisher on how to download your magazine to your device.  This will take about a month after purchase.  On the app you will set up/ log into your account using the email address you provided upon purchase. Your current issue will be there for you to read.  As new issues are released, they will be there in your app.

What mode of payment do you accept?

We accept the following mode of payment.  Information will be sent to you after you've expressed your desire to purchase:

What subscription options do you offer?

For the Philippines, we only offer digital subscriptions.  This is because, based on history, print issues do not reach the intended subscriber.  They get lost in the mail.  Some cities though are OK.  Makati, Alabang, Taguig.  

For everywhere else, we offer digital and print subscriptions.  Default dollar price is for US delivery.  For anywhere else, please inquire.  Magazines can be delivered almost everywhere, including APO/FPO addresses, U.S. protectorates.

When should I expect my first issue?

Once your order is processed, the next scheduled issue will be delivered/mailed. The publishers ask that you allow the following time frame for magazine delivery.  On the average, digital subscriptions should be expected in a month.  For print magazines, monthly publications should be expected in 6-8 weeks, bi-monthly publications in 8-10 weeks, quarterly publications and foreign subscriptions in 12-16 weeks.  These are  the standard industry lead time.  Renewal will be added on to existing subscriptions.  It is recommended that renewals be bought not later  than 2 months before expiry to ensure uninterrupted service.

What should I do if I need to change my address?

Addresses could be changed by directly accessing your account over at the  magazine’s website.   If it would be more convenient for you, just send us a message and it will be our pleasure to have it updated.  It is recommended that the change be done 2 months at the latest before the actual transfer.  This is to ensure that you will receive your subscriptions without interruption.

What if I miss an issue?

This could be reported over at the magazine’s website.    If it would be more convenient for you, just send us a message and it will be our pleasure to report it.

Do you have other magazines aside from what are listed?

Most definitely.  May we request for an email.

Do you autorenew?

We do not autorenew.

Do you deliver to APO addresses and other countries?

Yes we do. We are able to send magazine subscriptions to APO/FPO addresses, U.S. protectorates, and other destinations outside the U.S.  Please inquire.

Can I order more than a one year subscription?

Some magazines have the option of subscribing to more than one term (one year).  Please inquire about this option to see if the magazine you are interested in is available for more than one year term.

Can I buy this as a gift for someone?

Absolutely!  Just send us the recipient's information
